Exhibition Details and Registration

The HGM2008 exhibition will be ongoing throughout the conference. To maximise the use of space and to offer every exhibitor excellent opportunitites for interacting with participants, exhibition stands will be located close to the posters and cyber café. The lecture rooms are all closely connected, making exhibitors an integral part of the whole proceedings. Following receipt of your completed form, with payment, you will receive a message from the official exhibition suppliers.

Three Steps to Exhibiting

  1. Complete and send to HUGO, the downloadable Exhibitor Registration Form
  2. After being allocated a Booth Number, complete the on-line Exhibit Personnel Form to specify those of your staff who are to receive Exhibitor Badges
  3. Complete the on-line Company Information Form - this info will be printed in the Programme Book

  • 2 x Spotlights
  • Listing of your company in meeting Programme Book for products and services
  • 3 x Booth Personnel Passes (allow entry to exhibition hall only)
  • 5 x Exhibitor Guest passes
  • Full mailing list of delegates after the meeting for one time use only

Multiple booths are available, and need not be adjacent. Exhibit space will be allocated by HUGO and space will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Company Events

It is also possible to hold a Company Event (Workshop or Seminar) at HGM2008. A 'company' session at HGM2008 is an ideal way to showcase your organisation to a focussed and targeted audience. HUGO will provide a room in the convention centre in which to hold your session, set theatre style with a screen, and signage at the appropriate points. Opportunities will also be provided both before and during HGM2008 to invite our delegates to your session. Further details including costs and available dates/times will be posted here soon.

Sessions are available on the 28, 29, 30 September from 08:00-09:00 and 13:30-15:00. Other times may be available. Cancellations

Cancellations received up to 01 Aug 2008 will be eligible for a full refund, less a £100 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 1 Aug 2008 will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. All changes and cancellations will also be charged a £15 per transaction processing fee regardless of date received.
