On-site Registration
On-site registration will be available at the meeting from 12:30 Saturday 27 September 2008.

Registration will be available up to and during the meeting. However, delegates should note that Early Bird Discounts are available for registrations made before the Early Bird Deadline of 27 June 2008.
* Students/Young Scientists must submit an official university certificate or letter, in conjunction with their registration, which confirms their status. Documentation must be faxed to the HUGO Secretariat. Documentation must come from a supervisor, departmental head, or graduate school officer. A Young Scientist is defined as a person who is no more than two years beyond the granting of their Ph.D. by 31 April 2008. Note: Student/Young Scientist registration does NOT include the conference dinner (tickets can be purchased separately), but does include lunches, coffee breaks, and all other benefits.

In addition the HUGO Member and Non-Member fee includes the Conference Dinner. (Student registration does not include conference dinner).
Discounts
Early Bird Discounts will be available to those registering before the Early Bird Deadline of 27 June 2008, and to HUGO Members. See the Main HUGO web site for membership information.

Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations received before 27 June 2008 will be eligible for a full refund, less a £35 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 27 June 2008 will be 100% NON REFUNDABLE. All changes and cancellations will also be charged a £15 per transaction processing fee regardless of date received.
