Please check with your local Indian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate for visa requirements and charges. Allow plenty of time for your application to be processed.
UK Residents: please note changes detailed on the HC web site - the HC no longer issues visas but has outsourced these to other locations and regional consulates. On-line applications now accepted with credit card.
Letter of Invitation: if you require a letter of invitation to the conference, please request one from the HUGO Office. Contact details on the Contacts page. Visa letters will not be issued to any delegate who has not completed their registration and paid in full.
Airport Information
Direct international flights to Hyderabad are operated by Air India, Emirates, Indian, KLM, Lufthansa, Malaysian Airlines, Qatar Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Saudi Arabian Airlines, and Thai Airways. It is also well connected to other ports of entry like Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata by domestic airlines. Note the new Hyderabad International Airport is now open.
