Hyderabad International Convention Centre
HICC, the new convention centre at Hyderabad, is a world class, state of the art venue. It offers facilities that are comparable to the best in the world. It has been conceived, designed, and created to handle several parallel sessions, both large and small, with seating capacity varying from 50 to 5000 people. HICC is located about 15km from the airport and 10km from the railway station.

HUGO Desk
The HUGO/Registration Desk opening times will be announced when confirmed.
Food and Drink
Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and lunches will be provided for all delegates in the Exhibition Hall.
Badges
Badges will be issued on registration and must be worn at ALL TIMES within the Conference Hall. Security staff will be manning each entry point to scientific sessions and anyone without a badge will be refused entry. Replacement badges will incur a charge of £10 each.
Badges are colour coded as follows:
Yellow - Speakers and Chairs of Sessions
Burgundy - VIP
Blue - Participants
Red - Exhibitors and Exhibitor Guests
Green - Press and Media
Purple - HUGO Staff and Volunteers
Mobile/Cell 'Phones
The use of mobile/cell 'phones is prohibited in any session. Any delegate whose 'phone is switched on and who disturbs any of the sessions will be asked to leave immediately.
